It’s become part of our evening wind-down routine:
warm bath + Epsom salt + quiet time

I especially love it after long days, workouts, stressful weeks, and during those moments when the kids seem extra overstimulated or emotional. A warm bath always seems to help everyone slow down, relax, and feel more settled.
